When it fits
Costs rising faster than usage. The same manual steps repeating every week. A backlog nobody can prioritise. A technology or contract decision coming up.
What it can cover
Agreed parts of ingest, processing, storage, distribution, monitoring and the manual steps around them. We set the boundary with you before we start.
What you contribute
A representative period of cost and usage data, an overview of the workflow or architecture, the relevant contracts and quality requirements, and access to the people who run it. Sensitive material is handled under an agreed process once we have spoken.
What you get
- A documented picture of the current state within the agreed scope.
- The cost drivers and bottlenecks we found.
- Prioritised options with their assumptions, effort and dependencies.
- A proposal for how to measure the change, introduce it and own it.
- A decision meeting on what happens next, including the option to do nothing.
Questions we get
Can you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. The review starts from the setup you have, and keeping a vendor is a legitimate outcome.
Do we have to use your platform?
No. Our own tooling is open source and optional. If the best answer is that you change nothing, that is what the review will say.
What happens to quality and operations?
Quality requirements are an input, not an afterthought. Any option that would degrade them is flagged as such.
Can our own team carry out the recommendations?
That is the intended outcome. The deliverables are written to be actionable without us.
Can Eyevinn implement them instead?
Yes, as a separate engagement you decide on afterwards.
